Requirement:

– At least 2-3 years’ proven working experience in e- commerce / digital marketing, preferably in the food & beverage group(s) or hospitality industry
– Diploma or above in Marketing, E-commerce Management or a relevant discipline
– Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
– Proficient working knowledge of the various marketing & social media platforms; good knowledge of website analytics tools
– Able to work independently and interact effectively with different stakeholders
– Strong creativity, good sense of design and skills in food photography is an advantage
– Able to initiate social media management and oversee of projects under a fast-paced business environment & meet multiple deadlines
– Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good time management and organizational skills
– Proactive, meticulous, visual intelligent

Job Duties:

Reporting directly to Head of F&B, the incumbent will be a key role in utilizing the digital platforms in promoting and increasing the exposure of the Group as a whole as well as the individual brands. He / she will be the lead creator of all digital contents in various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, the Group’s website and various F&B related online forums, etc. He / she will also be working closely with Operations on upcoming promotions & marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the Group’s website to ensure all information is up-to-date
– Create and post attractive, engaging content on digital platforms to increase the Group’s as well as the individual brand’s mind share and drive more audience engagement on social media
– Closely monitor customers’ feedbacks and comments on the Group’s various social media platforms and provide prompt responses to ensure potential issues and guest concerns are dealt with
– Work closely with other online service providers for joint promotion and support opportunities
– Stay on top, identify market trends and insights to formulate new, creative strategies and platforms for higher engagement rate and driving traffic to restaurants
– Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategy plan
– Make the growth of the social media database and / or followers
– Assist to manage or participate in photo shootings
– Measure and track performances for all digital marketing campaigns
– Build and maintain excellent relationship with the Marketing team, other departments as well as the restaurant operation teams
